Contact by phone or email
When you call or email Aatir Lifecare Ltd, we use the details you provide to respond to your enquiry, arrange appointments (including telehealth), and deliver care.
Online booking
Telehealth appointments can be booked online through our scheduling provider, Cal.com. When you book, you provide your name, contact details, and the reason for your visit so the practice can prepare for your consultation. Availability shown in the calendar reflects the practice's diary and other patients' confirmed bookings. Booking data is used to schedule and deliver your care.
Payments
Payment for online consultations is processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's secure payment page and are handled by Stripe as an independent payment processor; the practice does not see or store your full card details. We receive confirmation that a payment has succeeded so that we can confirm your appointment and issue refunds where applicable.
Telehealth
Video consultations involve clinical information. Join from a private location and only share what is needed for care. Technical links for sessions are sent through the channels agreed when booking.
Website
This site does not require an account. Embedded scheduling and payment services (Cal.com and Stripe), along with hosting and any analytics providers used for deployment, may process standard technical logs and set necessary cookies according to their own policies.
Your rights
