How booking and payment works

Pay securely by card through Stripe. Your slot is held briefly while you complete payment.

Your appointment is confirmed only after payment succeeds and a video link is emailed to you.

If payment is not completed, the slot is released for other patients.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Cancellations & refunds
If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact the practice as early as possible. Refunds, deposits, and no-show fees follow the practice's cancellation policy — ask us if you are unsure before booking.
